Hey everyone, Wanted to highlight the importance of mental health, it is a very serious issue. I saw this video and felt that I had to do my part. It is not a ploy or a bandwagon thing, I have been the face of a national mental health campaign in Sweden, struggled myself, you get it. Take care of yourself, friends and family – sometimes it is not so obvious when someone else is struggling.
