What this website stores on your device.
Saved places and Island Passport ticks are stored locally in this browser when you choose to use them. They are not an account and do not sync to the mobile app. Clear your browser site data to remove them. This package does not load advertising trackers or analytics by default.
When you send an enquiry.
If online enquiries are enabled, the form sends your name, email, optional phone, preferred date, group size, notes and chosen listing to the configured BimVibes Supabase service. BimVibes uses them to respond and coordinate your request. Relevant details may need to be shared with the provider involved. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in notes.
Tracking and communications.
Request tracking asks for your reference and the email used for the enquiry. These details are sent in the request body rather than the page URL. Service emails and staff handling depend on the configured backend and email provider.
Other websites.
Provider websites and map links open external services with their own privacy terms. This site does not embed a live map or third-party social widget by default.
Your information and questions.
Use the operator contact when published to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with an enquiry. Retention and legally required records must be explained in the final approved policy.
