How to choose a Barbados catamaran cruise

Pick the mood and timing

A daytime trip and a sunset outing can suit very different plans. Decide whether your priority is time on the water, swimming opportunities, a social celebration or a relaxed evening. Ask for the actual schedule of the available vessel.

Ask what the fare covers

Compare duration, food, drinks, equipment, transfers and the number of guests. Words such as 'cruise' or 'all-inclusive' do not answer those questions on their own. Request an itemized description of your chosen package.

Confirm the departure point

Some BimVibes cruise enquiries use Bridgetown as a general departure area. The specific boat, pier, boarding time and pickup instructions are confirmed when an operator and vessel are selected. Do not travel to an assumed pier based on a general city label.

Tell the team about your group

Include guest count, ages where relevant, dietary needs, comfort in the water and the occasion. Ask about shade, onboard facilities, access and whether your group will be sharing the boat. Never assume every vessel offers the same setup.

Keep the weather plan clear

Routes, swimming and individual activities depend on conditions and operator decisions. Ask about postponement, cancellation and refund arrangements before paying. A sunset or wildlife sighting is an experience to hope for, not something a booking can guarantee.

Put a plan together.
