This short film has been created to show what our island and other caricom countries are facing right now. We are in a state of crisis, Barbados is highly vulnerable to hurricanes and other natural hazards, and is particularly susceptible to the potential impacts of climate change, including coastal inundation and sea level rise, an increase in tidal and storm surge levels, coastal erosion, rising temperatures, changes in rainfall patterns, drought and more frequent and intense tropical cyclones and with each day we are only getting closer to what might be the end.
